The service exists for authorized educational and internal school use.
Core restriction
Naixol Smart Paper Builder is provided to assist authorized schools and teachers. Unauthorized copying, resale, sublicensing, commercial paper-generation services, sale of platform access, misuse of Naixol branding or commercial exploitation without Naixol's written permission is prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
Sharing school codes outside your school; attempting to access another school's data; uploading unlawful, infringing or malicious content; circumventing paper limits, rate limits or security controls; scraping or bulk-extracting the platform library.
Third-party content
You are responsible for having permission to reuse third-party or copyrighted material you import. Naixol may remove content reported as infringing.
Enforcement
Suspected abuse follows a documented workflow: report, evidence review, warning, temporary suspension, investigation, user response and appeal, then final decision. No permanent ban is imposed solely on an unverified allegation, except temporary suspension where an immediate security threat exists.
Relevant legal frameworks
Users should be aware of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002. This policy informs; it does not promise automatic legal enforcement.
